The service

PageTurner lets you upload documents and publish them as online page-turning publications. Pilot access is provided as is, may change, and can be ended by either side with 30 days written notice.

Your content

• You own your content and are responsible for having the right to publish it.
• You must not upload anything unlawful, infringing, defamatory, malicious, or that targets children or exposes personal data without permission.
• We may suspend a publication that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.

Adverts and sponsors

You decide what adverts and sponsor messages appear in your publications and keep all income from them. You are responsible for their content and for any required labelling.

Fees

Fees are listed on your order, are shown and invoiced +VAT, and are payable within 14 days of invoice. Pilot customers pay nothing during the free period stated in their offer.

Your data when you leave

You can download your files before closing your account. After closing, we delete your data within 30 days.

Liability

We take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months, except where the law does not allow a limit.
