Elfandor Ltd operates PageTurner. For the content customers publish, the customer is the data controller and Elfandor Ltd is the processor. For customer accounts, Elfandor Ltd is the controller.

What we collect from readers

• A random visit identifier, the furthest page reached, time spent per page, country, device type and the website the reader came from.
• No names or emails unless the publication owner turns on a lead form and the reader chooses to fill it in.
• No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.

What we collect from customers

• Email address and organisation name for sign-in, plus the files, links and settings uploaded. If someone signs up, we also keep a short-lived record of the email, organisation name and a one-way hash of their connection address, to prevent abuse.

Who processes data

• Cloudflare (hosting, storage, database)
• Resend (sign-in and notification email)

How long we keep it

• Reader statistics: 24 months, then deleted automatically.
• Sign-in links and unconfirmed sign-ups: removed within a day of expiring.
• Publications and leads: until the customer deletes them or closes the account. Closing an account deletes its files and data.

Readers and customers can ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing jake@evolveadvice.co.uk.
